About the pictures:

Current Work (Gallery 1):

I photograph beautiful and visually interesting scenes around Lake Chapala and the town of Ajijic in the Mexican Highlands. Then I use digital manipulation to create pictures which reflect my love of color, and which meld the photographic and artistic to create a distinct visual harmony.

Prior Work (Galleries 2 and 3):

Money carries a huge weight of meaning. It's a form of energy, a means of exchange, an object of desire. We trade our time for it, we philosophize about it, we think it will or will not buy happiness.

Currency is the repository for all that money is and represents to us. I use currency as the primary design element in my pictures to tap into this powerful vein of meaning..
